I would love to start this blog with Armani the czar of fashion.He is synonymous with fashion and style.The top hollywood stars,business tycoons,rich strata always go for Armani suits.His designs have become the ultimate in the world of fashion.
Giorgio Armani was born on July 11, 1934 in Piacenza, Emilia-Romagna.He went to medical college and studied medicine.Then he realized the he was not cut out for medical field.He had great passion for photography also.He worked as a window dresser in a departmental store.But deep in his belly the burning passion was on. His career in fashion took a turn in 1961.He worked for a fashion house Nino Cerruti as a designer.The ten years no looking back he worked there putting his heart and mind spontaneously and consistently.Then he left to take up freelancing. In 1974,With his partner Sergio Galeotti,he launched his own brand Armani!
Armani launched only menswear collection in 1974.The very next year he launched women’s wear also. Armani stood on international platform when he first designed for actor Richard Gere for his film American Gigolo in 1980. Now He owns a large mansion in Antigua.Being an arid lover of sports he designs for the football teams.
